You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkplus login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pkplus will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. pkplus is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under its international gaming license. You may be required to submit the following documents at any point:

Any funds identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source account and the relevant pkplus account may be suspended pending investigation.
pkplus operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. pkplus reserves the right to freeze, hold, or return deposits where there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. Players may be required to provide source of funds documentation before large withdrawals are processed. pkplus may report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities without notifying the account holder.
All bets placed on pkplus are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of a bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. pkplus does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except as expressly provided under the Void Bet provisions below.
All odds displayed on the pkplus sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment your bet is accepted by the pkplus system. pkplus reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds ("palpable errors"). pkplus will use reasonable efforts to notify affected players of any such corrections.
pkplus may void a bet under the following circumstances:

PSL markets are governed by the specific Cricket Betting Rules published in the pkplus sportsbook rules section, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the general betting rules and the Cricket Betting Rules, the Cricket Betting Rules shall prevail for cricket markets.
pkplus reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, events, or sports categories. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant market on the pkplus sportsbook. pkplus will not be obligated to pay any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit.
All casino games available on pkplus, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games, are operated using certified random number generator ("RNG") technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for each game are displayed within the relevant game information section.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any casino game on pkplus, all affected bets and rounds will be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. pkplus accepts no liability for any loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from a technical malfunction. The decision of pkplus regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
pkplus is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's side during a casino game session. Where a disconnection occurs during a live dealer game round, the round will be settled according to the outcome recorded by the pkplus game server at the time of disconnection.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pkplus's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
pkplus collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on pkplus, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkplus implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between your device and the pkplus Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.
pkplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected money laundering; or prolonged account inactivity. In the event of termination for breach, pkplus may withhold account balances pending investigation.
You may close your pkplus account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). pkplus reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts following written notice to the account holder's registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkplus Ltd holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
